LOS ANGELES ( KTLA) — Schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) are now distributing “red cards,” also known as “Know Your Rights” cards, and other resources to immigrant community members.

Some groups have created Know Your Rights and Red Cards as a reminder of what rights immigrants have and how to exercise them if faced with federal agents from ICE or the border patrol.
