Thibaut Courtois, the Belgian goalkeeper, is set to rejoin the national team after previous coach Domenico Tedesco's departure. Courtois had been absent due to a fallout over the captaincy selection but is now looking forward to playing under new coach Rudi Garcia.
Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has announced he's ready to play for Belgium again. Courtois fell out with former coach Domenico Tedesco last year during the Euros. However, he says he is now ready to return for new Belgium coach Rudi Garcia.
Rudi Garcia has been hired as Tedesco's replacement, and his first fixtures in charge will come against Ukraine in the Nations League in March. And having elected against playing for Belgium under Tedesco, and missing the Euros in the process, Courtois has now said he is willing to return.
