The Tennessee Titans announced staff changes for the 2025 season Monday, headlined by swaps at special teams, tight end and cornerbacks coach.

Along with Anderson, the Titans are parting ways with passing game coordinator/cornerbacks coach Chris Harris, tight ends coach Justin Outten, special teams assistant Anthony Levine, and defensive assistant Clint McMillan.

The Dallas Cowboys are expected to hire Nick Sorensen as their new special teams coordinator, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Sorensen will replace John “Bones” Fassel, who left the Cowboys to coach special teams for the Tennessee Titans.

In 2022, he worked as a defensive line assistant coach alongside Williams, who was named the Patriots defensive coordinator. McMillan continued to work with Titans defensive lineman in 2023.

Sorensen spent the past three seasons in San Francisco, serving as the 49ers’ defensive coordinator during the 2024 campaign.
