MOREHEAD, Ky. ( FOX 56) — A man died Tuesday after an officer-involved shooting in Rowan County. Kentucky State Police said officers responded to a domestic violence call around 11:30 a.m. near Morehead, and when they arrived, they found Thomas Crouch, Jr. of Clairfield, armed with a knife, kneeling over a female in the home.
