On Wednesday at 9:19 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory in effect until Thursday at 4 a.m. for Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington, Greene, Westmoreland and Fayette counties.

The National Weather Service has extended the winter weather advisory for part of the Poconos, and PennDOT has updated its planned vehicle restrictions.

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 7 p.m. on Wednesday until noon Thursday for portions of central, northwest and western Virginia, including Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.

On Wednesday at 7:09 p.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Thursday at 4 a.m. for Greene and Fayette counties.

On Wednesday at 3:48 p.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Thursday between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. for Oswego County.
