Justin Baldoni bemoaned being banished to the basement by Blake Lively during the It Ends with Us premiere, according to a purported leaked voice message he sent to his associates. The message was played in full on The Megyn Kelly Show during an interview the former Fox News host conducted with Bryan Freedman,

The libel lawsuit accuses the Times of relying "almost entirely" on what it describes as "Lively's unverified and self-serving narrative."

She says the paper never contacted her before publishing a story that tied her to a smear campaign against the actress.

Blake Lively was accused of using a journalist "as a pawn" in her legal back-and-forth with her co-star Justin Baldoni. The "It Ends With Us" star accused Baldoni of sexual harassment.
